Remodeled, nice, friendly, a little slow for a McDonald's

The decor is pretty nice. I go here for breakfast because Portuguese sausage is delicious.

Went thru drive thru pick up and asked for a honey mustard sauce for the chicken mcnuggets since order taker didn't ask for type of sauce we wanted and assumed we wanted bbq sauce without asking us . Lid cover was all dirty and sticky with fruit punch splashed on it and looked like it was picked up from the floor. Disgusting!!! We threw it away since it was so filthy we didn't want to use it. Other than that, food was great! (King St location)

For fast food does the trick

Typical mcdonalds. Recently renovated. Around 8pm- 830pm, the homeless start coming in. They fill up there containers and cups with soft drinks because the dispensers are out front by the seating and not behind the counter.

I don't go in as I usually go through the drive-in or do the ordering on the app. Pretty standard McDonald's. They have two ordering places when they get backed up to be more efficient which I like. I did have a bad experience once as I didn't know they changed the policy on giving only 3 dipping sauces for a 20 piece chicken mcnuggets. That still puzzles me as for a 10 piece they give two sauces so why wouldn't they give 4 for a 20 piece? Oh well the file told me that I only get 3 and I told her when I went the other month they gave me 4 sauces so she stomped away and got another and as I was driving away, she yelled out next time I pay. I was kind of shocked that happened. Oh well I called and spoke to a manager in hopes to correct her attitude. I would of paid as it is only .25¢. I was just explaining how I got 4 the other month. All she had to do was say I'm so sorry but that is the new policy and I would of shrugged my shoulders and gave her .26¢.

Mobile App is the best thing that happened to Micky Dees. I redeemed my free Large Mocha Frappe on a hot day. It made my drive into town that much more enjoyable. I think I was nicer driver on the street. I'm loving it.

Fast food, not much more to say.

Convenient location bus stop & library Waikiki health clinic very near along with some places to so a little shopping

Great service. The cashier, seeing I was helping my son, brought our food to the table for us. Above and beyond. It's the little things that count. I wish I got her name to let her boss know she made the experience. Mahalo.

You can't screw up diet coke.

Been coming to this McDonald's for years.For me it's a good place to meet up with my sister. You know have breakfast, hot cup of coffee or whatever. Mostly to talk stories and catch up. Anyways in my opinion it's great.

I love McDonald's but there were some crazy stuff

We like this McDonald's not only because it's relatively close to us, but because it's clean and the staff is helpful.

I love to eat here but the bathrooms are sometimes a little dirty and homeless sometimes hang out here.

This is literally the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to...The staff are so friendly and professional, and the food is always carefully prepared. Sometimes when you go for fast food and plan to eat in the car you know you should expect a kind of messy undignified meal but this McDonald’s is actually really really great and I’ll go out of the way for a quick bite at this one instead of other drive thrus. I can’t believe I’m reviewing a McDonald’s right now but the crew reserves to be recognized for going above and beyond every time.

Always a good place to just chill. This McD's always has a great mixture of young and old people. Very diverse!

What you'd expect from McDonalds but customer service was better than the main land U.S.

This location is in the makiki area for McDonald's and it's clean. the new remodeled design certainly gives less seating. The service there is good they take you order they give you what you ask for they do have a challenge understanding what fresh or cooked to order really means.I'm a supertaster so I can tell when the fries are cold or when they taking hot fries and mix cold fries and shovel them together and then put them in a small fry holder. I do like eating at this restaurant.

Place is convenient and has good service but they keep the AC too cold. Probably to discourage the customers from hanging out too long. I don’t blame McDonalds as there’s a lot of homeless and riff rafts hanging at this place. One of the worst is to encounter a homeless right outside the door panhandling for change. Really discouraging to go to this establishment.

I am writing a review because my server (drive-thru) was very nice. Food was good as well. 👌

It's McDonald's, what can you say about the food?But the staff were pleasant and quick. The restaurant was clean and the overall experience was generally one of the better one's I've had at McDonald's.
